Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email at the completion of the order. A shipping notification will follow after your order is shipped containing your order's tracking number. Sometimes our notifications can be labeled as Spam/Junk by your email provider.
We do not accept Collect shipments for on-line orders. All shipping charges are charged at the time the order is placed on-line
If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes.
Some parts may be shipped directly from the manufacturer / supplier.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may experience longer shipping waiting time, if you have any questions about shipping to Puerto Rico please contact us.
